EXCHANGE:
Maryum & Maria's online store allows online exchanges for
unused products with original labels and tags intact. Exchanges are permitted
for incorrect orders or faulty products. Local orders qualify within 7 working
days of delivery, while international orders are eligible under the same
conditions within 10 working days
Exchange Policy:
Products purchased from Maryum & Maria's online store
can only be exchanged online, provided they are unused and still have their
original labels and tags intact. Exchanges are offered if the incorrect order
is delivered or if the product is faulty. This policy applies to local orders
within 14 working days of delivery. For international orders, exchanges are
only allowed if the wrong order is delivered or if the product is faulty.
Exchange Procedure:
Maryum & Maria does not offer refunds or exchanges once
an order is processed. However, exchanges are permitted for wrong or faulty

or by calling (+92) 316 763 0718 with the order number to arrange an exchange.
Order Cancellation:
Orders can be cancelled before processing. Once shipped,
orders are subject to the exchange policy. Maryum & Maria reserves the
right to cancel orders for reasons such as stock unavailability, pricing
errors, or declined payments.
Exchange & Refund Policy:
Maryum n Maria offers exchanges only for faulty or incorrect
items. Sale items, ready-to-ship articles, and alterations reported after a
week of receiving the outfit are not eligible for exchange or return. Refunds
are provided as store credit within 24 hours of purchase, with cancellation
charges applicable. Customers are responsible for customs duties during
delivery. For further assistance, customers can contact customer care via email
or WhatsApp with their order number.
