EXCHANGE:

 Any product bought from Maryum & Maria’s online store can be exchanged from the Online Store ONLY, provided it is unused and still has the label and tag in their original state (We do not offer exchanges unless we deliver the incorrect order or the product is faulty). This policy is applicable to local orders only.

i - For international orders, we do not offer exchanges unless we deliver the incorrect order or the product is faulty.

ii - For products on Sale we do not offer exchanges unless we deliver the incorrect order.

Exchange Policy is only liable within 3 working days after the goods are delivered.

EXCHANGE PROCEDURE:

Maryum & Maria does not offer an exchange/refund once the order is processed. However, you are eligible for an exchange if we have delivered a wrong item to you or the one you received is faulty or damaged. In that scenario you can contact our customer services center by emailing us at cs@maryumnmaria.com or can whatsapp us at +923167630718 along with your order number and pictures of the defective item.  

ORDER CANCELLATION:

You may cancel your order within 24 hours before the order has been processed. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email that will contain the tracking information. As soon as the product has been shipped, our exchange policy will be applicable. Maryum & Maria has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution. Click Here

Exchange & Refund Policy:

At Maryum n Maria, we are committed to ensure the highest level of services. Whilst, we hope you are delighted with your order and we do not offer any return or exchange under normal conditions. We only offer "Conditional Exchange" if you face quality issues with the product.

• We offer exchanges only if the product delivered is faulty.
• No exchanges on sale items unless we deliver the incorrect order.
• The faulty item provided by the customers MUST be in its Original Form.
• All orders cancelled will be refunded as store credit only.
• In case of exchange customer will be responsible for all shipping, handling costs.
• Ready to ship articles are not eligible for Exchange & Return.
• There is no Return & exchange policy as per the customer's liking or disliking of the product.
• Company is not responsible for bleeding, damage of print, or fading of colors due to washing.
• Company is only providing embroideries which are mentioned on the inlays other than anything used in the stitching is only for Shoot Purpose.
• All customers are hereby notified that as per the terms and conditions of COD, the courier company will not allow the customer to open the package before payment.
• We have the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.
• If during delivery, customs' duties are applicable, they will be paid in full by the customer.
