Local Orders Policy – Maryum N Maria
1. Complaints & Eligibility
All complaints must be reported to cs@maryumnmaria.com within 3 days of delivery. Complaints reported after this period will not be considered. Only complaints involving defective, incorrect, or missing articles are eligible for consideration. All claims are subject to verification by Maryum N Maria. Customers must provide their order details and relevant supporting evidence. Only verified complaints will qualify for a resolution.
2. Exchange & Refund Policy
Maryum N Maria does not offer cash refunds. Eligible complaints will be resolved through an exchange. If an exchange cannot be facilitated due to stock unavailability or other valid reasons, a coupon may be offered at Maryum N Maria’s discretion.
Exchanges or returns due to personal preference, size issues, color differences, or missing accessories are not accepted. Sale-priced items are not eligible for exchange or return. All requests remain subject to the applicable policy and verification.
3. Exchange Procedure & Requirements
All exchange requests must be initiated through the online Customer Support team at cs@maryumnmaria.com. Customers must follow the instructions provided by the team. Depending on the case, customers may be asked to visit an outlet or return the article via courier to the Head Office if no suitable outlet is nearby. Outlet exchanges are permitted only with prior authorization from the online Customer Support team.
Articles approved for exchange must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and accompanied by their original tags and packaging, where applicable. Customers must provide their order details and are responsible for return courier charges when an article must be sent to the Head Office.
Maryum N Maria may request clear photographs, an unboxing video, packaging images, or other relevant evidence to verify a complaint. Failure to provide requested evidence may result in the claim being declined.
4. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order, provided it has not been dispatched. Cancellation requests are subject to approval and order status; submitting a request does not guarantee cancellation. Approved cancellations will be compensated through a website coupon equivalent to the amount paid. Cash refunds are not offered. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled.
Maryum N Maria reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or card payment declines by the issuing financial institution. Where payment has been received, the applicable resolution, such as a coupon, will be communicated to the customer.
5. Dispatch & Delivery
Orders normally take 3–5 working days for delivery. Delivery timelines may vary due to courier operations or circumstances beyond Maryum N Maria’s reasonable control. Dispatch or delivery delays may occur during sale periods.
Once an order is shipped, customers will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery details and cooperating with courier delivery attempts. Incorrect information or failure to receive a shipment may affect delivery and the handling of related complaints.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must not make advance online payments to any courier representative or third party. Payment should be made through the authorized collection method provided by the courier at the time of delivery. Maryum N Maria will not be responsible for losses arising from unauthorized advance payments made by customers.
Customers are not permitted to open parcels before paying the applicable COD amount. Once a parcel has been opened, it cannot be returned to the courier, and the customer will be required to accept the delivery.
6. Product Disclaimer & Policy Acceptance
Customers are required to read the Product Disclaimer available on the website before placing an order. By completing a purchase, customers acknowledge the product information, design variations, care instructions, and other terms stated in the disclaimer, along with this policy, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
