EXCHANGE:
Any product bought from Maryum & Maria’s online store can be exchanged from the Online Store ONLY, provided it is unused and still has the label and tag in their original state (We do not offer exchanges unless we deliver the incorrect order or the product is damaged). This policy is applicable to local orders only.
i - For international orders, we do not offer exchanges unless we deliver the incorrect order or the product is damaged.
ii - For products bought on sale price we do not offer exchange or return unless a customer receives a damaged item.
Exchange Policy is only liable within 3 working days after the goods are delivered.
Expected Delivery Time:
- Within Pakistan 3 to 5 Working Days
- For International Orders 10 to 12 Working Days
Shipping Charges:
- Within Pakistan 300/- PKR
- For International Orders, charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight.
- Customs duties and taxes are not included in the shipping charges and must be paid separately by the customer, as required by the destination country’s regulations.
